Deliasted Shares

When a company decides to remove its shares from the stock exchange and isn’t available for trading anymore is called delisting. After the company makes the share unavailable for trading it becomes a private company.

If the shares of a certain company are available on multiple stock exchange platforms and are removed from only one of the stock exchange it is not considered as delisting. Removal from all the stock exchanges which unable people from trading is called as delisting.
